Sunhill 4-Side 5-and 6-Spindle Moulders
Model SMC-523 and SMC-623
- The feeding table and fence have been surfaced with hardened chrome to minimize friction and extend service life.
- Set-up time is greatly reduced through the use of digital counters on each spindle. Two counters per spindle provide both vertical and horizontal position.
- A two-stage pneumatic system allows the operator to independently control the air pressure to the front and back drive rollers as needed.
- Both top and bottom drive rollers are synchronized and power is transmitted through a Cardan Drive (gearbox/ chainless) system, which provides for a superior finished product.
- Solid cast iron frame construction allows for permanent stability and overall machine integrity.
- 5’ or 6' in-feed Table
- Centralized lubrication system.
- Convenient hand pump for table lubrication.
